SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 FINANCING:

Most real estate property such as Franchise and non-Franchise hotels and many more are eligible in this program. We offer terms up to 30 years and low Fixed or Floating interest rates.

  • SBA 7(a) loan can be used for any type of business who has repayment ability from the cash flow of the business, good character, management capability, collateral, and owner’s equity contribution and may be used to occupy a new business, or assist in the acquisition, operation, or expansion of an existing business. Loan size up to $5 million.
